(UTW) Ultra-thin Whitetopping

A thin (2 to 4 inch [50 to 100 mm]) PCC overlay over an existing HMA pavement. UTW is a functional overlay that provides a stable surface that is resistant to deformation from static, slow moving, and turning loads.
