Weights & Standards

The Weights and Standards Office at DOTD has moved under the authority of Louisiana State Police. However, DOTD will continue to process violations prior to June 14. If a customer calls about a violation notice, please find out the date of the notice. If it is before June 14, you may direct them to DOTD's Weights and Standards Office 225-377-7100. If the date of the violation notice is after June 14, please direct them to Louisiana State Police's Motor Carrier Safety Division at 225-925-6113.
