DOTD's aerial photography unit (part of the DOTD Location and Survey section) responds to requests from various levels of local, state and federal governments. This unit calls upon the department's pilot to acquire dynamic, timely and accurate flight missions to produce superior-quality images.

This unit maintains and continuously expands its archives of nearly 500,000 images (now available for printing). Our photo lab uses black and white film negatives to produce various images of local interstates and major highways.
