Standard Plans
To obtain current standard plans and special details you must do the following:
  • Print the Public Records Request Application form and complete;
  • Print the Receipt and Release Agreement form, execute and have notarized; and
  • Mail both executed forms with your payment of $137.68, payable to LADOTD, to the address listed at the top of the Public Records Request Application. (Forms may NOT be faxed)

If you are local to the Baton Rouge area, you can have your Receipt and Release Agreement notarized at no extra cost, by appointment only, at the DOTD Headquarter's. You can make an appointment by calling Veronica Pollet at (225) 379-2525
